1. All commissioned works are for personal use with proper credit. For commercial use, it must be discussed further with the artist.2. All rates are base/starting rates only and actual cost of the commissioned work is based on the complexity of said commission.3. The artist reserves the right to decline commissions with deadlines, themes, and/or scopes that the artist is not comfortable with.4. The artist retains the ownership of the work and the right to use said commissioned work for social media and portfolio purposes (via uploading WIPs, final works, speedpaints, etc.) unless requested otherwise.5. Any character depicted in the commissioned art, be it fan art or original belongs to their respective owners.6. Claiming said commissioned art as their own is strictly NOT ALLOWED.7. Using said commissioned art for NFT/crypto/blockchain/AI-related work is strictly NOT ALLOWED.8. For modes of communication, please contact the artist through Artistree (preferably), Twitter, and Facebook.9. References and/or descriptions are mandatory. Initial rough sketches of the work (ie. stickman) are optional but recommended.10. Default dimensions of the commissioned art are 2480 x 3508 px (A4 size), 1920x1080 px (1080p), and 3508 x 3508 px. Default orientations of the commissioned art are in landscape or portrait position. The client may request for a custom dimension or aspect ratio.11. Default file type of the finalized work is in .png with a 300 dpi resolution.12. Payment is done through Paypal and currency used must be in USD.13. Turnaround time is between 2-4 weeks. The artist will inform the client if there will be delays due to certain circumstances.14. All transactions are made 100% upfront through preferred and available payment methods when you order from the artistree.io request form before sketching.15. An additional transaction & processing fee will be shouldered by the customer once you ordered from the artistree.io site. The website will be the one to calculate the additional fees based from where you are.16. WIPs based on progress stages (rough sketch, final sketch, lineart, base color, shading, etc.) will be sent out regularly to the client as updates.17. As much as possible, NO refunds and NO cancellations allowed unless the commissioned work cannot be completed due to certain circumstances.18. For sketch revisions, only 2 major revisions are allowed. For color revisions, only 3 major revisions are allowed. Any revisions that do not follow the given progress stages mentioned will not be entertained.19. Once the commissioned artwork is finished, a Google Drive link will be sent out to the client.20. By starting the commission, the client must read and agree to the Terms of Service listed above.
